 Priority Postal Service Materials Available through IDS
Since 2010, IDS has partnered with the USPS to offer state agencies Priority Mail materials with a printed Colorado State Seal. These are at no extra cost for agencies and come in various size boxes as well as a flat rate envelope
.
Costs are based on zip codes and weight. Max weight options for boxes are 15-20 lbs. and run about $6.07 - $8.00. Flat Rate Envelope (15 x 9.5) is $5.75.

Multifunction Office Printer/Copier
Vendor Contract
The IDS Multifunction Printer Program (MFP) has been in the process of contracting with a new print/copier vendor these last few months. IDS will have the new vendor information to all our MFP customers within the next couple weeks.

Visit IDS at the 2015 CIMA Conference
The Colorado Information Management Association (CIMA) and the Colorado Government of Information Technology (CGAIT) have joined forces to host the
2015 CIMA conference this year in Colorado Springs,
Wednesday, September 23 - Friday, September 25, 2015.
IDS will be participating as a vendor so please stop by and see us at our booth. Our main focus will include scanning, microfilm, fulfillment/kitting, date conversion and multifunction office printers/copiers.
