Plan for Success at DEMA Show 2016
It's never too early to plan for success at DEMA Show in Las Vegas, NV, November 6-9, 2016:
 

1. Keep relevant staff informed of money saving deadlines, educational opportunities and helpful tips and ideas.
 

2. Develop your pre-show marketing plan. 

 

Stay Updated on the Latest Floor Plan Changes
As the Show floor continues to sell, booth configurations change the overall look and flow of the floorplan. Make sure you're aware of the booths around you. Ensure your 2016 booth design and layout are maximized for your space.

First Booth Space Liability Deadline is Next Friday, January 22, 2016
Twenty percent of your total contracted exhibit space payment is due next Friday, January 22nd. If you're considering downgrading or canceling you will need to send notice to National Trade Productions IN WRITING prior to this date to avoid being liable for 20% of your contracted exhibit space payment. Please note this important clause from your executed contract:
 
Section 5:

Item C: FAILURE TO MAKE PAYMENT BY SAID PAYMENT DEADLINES DOES NOT RELEASE THE EXHIBITOR FROM CONTRACTUAL OR FINANCIAL OBLIGATION.

Exhibitors will be liable for any collection expenses, including reasonable Attorney's fees; "reasonable" to be construed as not less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the amount of all other moneys determined to be owed by the Exhibitor.
