 CPALMS is a FREE online toolbox of information, vetted resources, and interactive tools that helps educators effectively implement teaching standards in most subject areas.  Developed by educators for educators in the state of Florida.

COMMUNICATION IDEAS FOR SCHOOLS
Remind is a FREE app offering schools a safe and simple way to text students or parents.
Cleopatra Sykes at Bethel Community Christian School uses this to communicate with her parents. She even uses it to send documents!
Signage in the car circle
Deborah Keaton at Ridge Christian Assembly installed a permanent white board sign in the car circle after listening to other administrators during Success Partners Institutes.  She advertises upcoming events and recognizes families for their support.
Positive Envelope System
Edith Ysada at Jose Marti School 3rd Campus, implemented an envelope system.  The students take home a big manila envelope with positive notes and good grades every Friday and return it with a signature every Monday.  They do not have an issue with getting the envelope back because the students want to show it to their parents.
