2) Grading scale - letter grade and/or alternate (O,S,N,I,U)

3) All teacher emails 

4) Class lists if you plan to build your teacher's classes 

5) Report card (hard copy or electronic version)

6) Conduct comment details

7) Website or Excel spreadsheet with any additional school-specific standards you plan to upload

No matter what your child chooses to learn on Khan Academy, they'll be eligible to earn two special badges:

• Summer Surge: Earn at least 50,000 energy points this summer.
• I Beat Cam: Earn more points than Cam this summer.

The challenge runs from June 23rd through August 28th. There's no special signup to earn these badges; all they have to do is start learning now!

Is your child not sure what they want to learn this summer? Here are some ideas:

1. Supercharge their math skills. For example, if they're headed into 7th grade, they can jump into the  7th grade math mission and get started on those mission foundations (prerequisites) to make sure they start the school year strong.
2. Join Pamela, our Computer Science teacher, for a Summer of Scripting! Sign up for reminders and weekly contests, and alongside your child, you can both learn JavaScript, one of the web's most popular and important programming languages.
3. Or for you, explore a new topic you've always been curious about, such as economics, finance, art history, or health and medicine. Remember: You can learn anything!
