BCPS' goal is that all parents access BCPS One and the resources available to them. During parent conferences and American Education Week, opportunities exist to encourage parents to create a BCPS One account. All administrators are encouraged to distribute the '
What's Happening with BCPS One' flyer to parents who have not created an account, and to continue promoting the benefits of a BCPS One account to the parent community. A digital version of the flyer is also available on the

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

The BCPS One Learning Management System (LMS) will undergo routine maintenance on Friday, November 13, 2015 from 8 p.m. until midnight. During this time, the LMS will be unavailable.

SAVING STUDENT GRADES
|
In order to ensure that student grades are being saved correctly, please keep the following in mind.
- When a grade has been entered and automatically saved in the gradebook the teacher should see a quick "blink" as the system saves the grade. Secondary teachers will also note that the grade has changed colors.
- In the gradebook view, grades are saved automatically. However, when working on the assignment page, grades will not save automatically. Teachers must intentionally save when entering grades on the assignment page.

Good news! Parents with students that are enrolled in more than one school can now access the class and grade information from both schools at once. School staff are encouraged to share this information with students and parents.

Have a reminder, schedule change, or other information you'd like to send to all students in your school? Administrators can use the Messaging feature in the Learning Management System to do just that. Visit the

page to learn more and ensure that you only message students enrolled for the current grading period.
