Hello Neighborhood Yoga Community,

We are a little over a week into our 40 day challenge! Classes are full, so come early and claim your space. You'll see many of the same faces over the next couple of weeks. Introdue yourself and get to know the person practicing next to you.  Building a stronger community is all part of the challenge.

Regarding the weather . . . be sure to call the studio or check our  Facebook  page for any weather related cancellations. We'll try to stay open as much as we can, but it's always good to give us a ring in questionable weather.

Just a reminder that we still offer donation-based classes M-F from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm. For a complete schedule of classes, visit neighborhoodyoga.net.  We are working on a new website that will make registering for classes and  workshops  on-line easier than ever.  Stay tuned, and we hope to see you in the hood.
