Only 1 week until #GivingTuesday
Make your donation go further and tell your friends!

We're excited to announce the launch of our Elevate Compassion campaign for #GivingTuesday 2014!

We're raising funds on #GivingTuesday to help kick-start our giving season and to support and grow our support and resources for young adults grieving the illness or death of a loved one.

Not only will we benefit from the funds raised on #GivingTuesday, but we will also earn matching funds from our partner, Network for Good, for gifts given online - making your support go even further.

We need your help, and it's easy.
  • Help us get as many people involved as possible by spreading the word.
  • Send an email to your friends, colleagues, and family members sharing your enthusiasm for our goal of helping 1000 young adults over the next year. We'd love them to support National Students of AMF on #GivingTuesday, but we also want everyone to support whatever inspires them.
  • Help us get the word out about AMF on Facebook and Twitter. Connect with us at @NationalAMF, and use the hashtags #GivingTuesday, #AMFGivingTuesday.

Please do what you can for grieving young adults on this big day. Your giving can make an even bigger impact with the power of #GivingTuesday and with our access to matching funds.
Forward this email to your friends and family.  Let them know that AMF has help support thousands of young adults.  This is a tough time of year for many grieving college students.  Make a donation so they can continue to get the support and resources they need.

Help other young
adults like Loreal

Loreal, University of Florida

As a High School graduation present Loreal's family decided to go to Hawaii.  However, the second day into the vacation didn't turn out as they had planned.  During a snorkeling trip off the coast of Waikiki, Loreal experienced a loss like no other.  Her mom dove into the water and unexpectedly became unresponsive. Loreal, her sister and her dad watched as they pulled her mom out of the water and began CPR.  Her mom died in the hospital the next day.  June 20th was the last day Loreal was able to be with her mom and the day her life changed forever.

Find out how AMF helped Loreal on #GivingTuesday.
