We wish to inform you that Alpine's Earth City office will be moving to a new location on Friday, May 22. Alpine's new St. Louis office will be located at 13723 Riverport Drive, Suite 200, Maryland Heights, Missouri 63034.
During this move, the Earth City office will be in full operation through noon Central Standard Time (CST) on May 22. We will have reduced resources available during that afternoon (listed in detail below), and be back in full operation on Tuesday, May 26 following the Memorial Day holiday.
- Switchboard will be answered by the automated attendant from noon until 1:00 p.m. CST and then reverted back to the receptionist until 5:00 p.m. CST
- Earth City Engineering will be available until noon CST
- Site Keys must be requested by 1:30 p.m. CST and Software Support will continue to be available through 5:00 p.m. CST
- Connector, TrusSteel and Construction Hardware orders must be placed by 1:30 p.m. CST and calls/inquiries will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. CST
Existing phone numbers, extensions, fax numbers and email addresses for all Earth City employees will remain the same after the move.
