Join us Nov 18 for our free Lunch & Learn: Excellence Begins with Excel, Using Excel to Analyze and Present Customer Satisfaction Data
Microsoft Excel has ascended far beyond its spreadsheet roots to enable extremely powerful data management and report generation We explore aspects of this software that few people are aware of, and demonstrate how incredibly powerful the tool can be using the native command set. Examples may include automated graph updates, joining data from diverse sources, and developing menu-driven dashboards that drive accessibility and comprehension within your organization. This case study features customer satisfaction data, but the principles are universally applicable to other information management approaches.
This will be the first in a recurring series "Excellence Begins with Excel". Participants are encouraged to bring their laptops.

Examiner Spotlight: Jeanne Baxter
It's an honor to spotlight long-time WFA Examiner Jeanne Baxter.
Jeanne hails from the greater Ashland WI, area, and manages to make the long trek to Madison each year to participate in Examiner training.
Jeanne's passion is helping local schools discover and pursue the Baldrige improvement journey. She is a partner in Quality Education Associates, and trains education leaders and teachers in Baldrige-based quality practices; QEA has created two online courses that relate to Baldrige.
In her "spare" time, Jeanne has participated in Master Gardener training, recently retired from her local lake association, takes painting lessons, belongs to a small investment club, supports A Natural Branch of Learning, and P.E. O. (Philanthropic Education Organization.)
We can count on Jeanne to bring tales of new explorations and travel adventures to training each year. Jeanne finds truth to the words, "We are successful at many tasks ....but we can't be successful at everything". She continues, "I honestly no longer fear failure because I learn from every experience."
Thanks for the inspiration and 15 years of tremendous services to WFA!
