The citation in the CS Manual for the brain schema, SSF 1 - WHO Grade Classification, Note 2, has an error in the reference to a table in the AJCC Cancer Staging Manual, 7th edition. The correct reference is Table 56.3 WHO Grades of CNS Tumors, which is found on page 596 of the AJCC Cancer Staging Manual, 7th edition. The current citation in the CS Manual references Table 56.2.
