Sprint Triathlon & Team Sprint Triathlon : 750m swim- 20Km bike - 5Km run

Registration is only possible using the online system and the deadline is 23:59 Wednesday 4th November. There is absolutely no possibility for on the day registration. Changes to registrations, for example changes to names or race categories, can be made between November 4th and November 7th with an extra charge of €10. The slots are limited to 200.

• Top 3 Finishers Male (only Triathlon distance)
• Top 3 Finishers Female (only Triathlon distance)
• Juniors Male  14-19 (Only Sprint Triathlon)
• Juniors Female  14-19 (Only Sprint Triathlon)
• Male 20-39
• Female 20-39
• Masters Male 40 and over
• Masters Female 40 and over
• Team Relay 

A category is valid if at least 5 participants have registered for that category. 

Prizes
 

The first male and female of each age group will receive a cup and the second and third of each category will receive a medal during the Prize Awarding Ceremony.
