Camp Outline:
This camp is geared towards T2T and Junior skaters. As the focus will be on longer duration aerobic training please ensure the athletes are capable of at least 90’ bike rides, 3 hour hikes, 60-90’ in-line or dry-land sessions. The intent is for the athletes to enjoy their experience and be challenged. We will be doing 2 sessions each day using these types of activities, and although it is mostly low intensity, it is important that they are not overwhelmed by the amount of training. Coaches and parents please use your discretion for younger T2T athletes. Please contact Mike Marshall at 403-210-8914 to inquire about younger athletes being ready.
