As part of the internal launch of their new, post-merger brand, 500 top executives from commercial landscaping leaders Brickman/Valley Crest built 250 new bicycles during their first combined Leadership Meeting.
Coordinated by Cause Consulting, the hotel ballroom was transformed into a bike factory, complete with an Air-Pump Station and employee Test-Ride Zone. Local Dallas youth were "rewarded" with the bikes for their active participation in afterschool education programs. Employee led neighborhood bike path renovations are scheduled for this Spring.
