FRUITS AND NUTS: Fertilize with Fertilome 
    Fruit/Citrus/Pecan Tree Food containing
    zinc .  Plant fruit trees, blueberries, figs, and   
    muscadines. Continue dormant pruning  
    and grafting. Get Fertilome Fire Blight spray
    for apple and pear trees.
SHRUBS: Planting season continues. Spray all
     shrubs with Ferti-lome Horticultural Oil   
     before new growth s tarts. Prune late-blooming
     shrubs before new growth starts.
LAWNS: Seed shaded areas with Five Star
      Fescue. On all lawns, apply Gypsum or
      Natural Guard Soil Activator
      (depending on specific lawn needs and size).
ROS ES: Prune roses to 18 inches
     now. Spray with Ferti-lome Horticultural Oil.
VEGETABLE SEED: Packets of pinto beans, 
     blue lake beans,  squash, zucchini, and corn
     available now.
CRAPE MYRTLES:Don't top your crape myrtles 
MISC: Cut back monkey grass.
    Remember  Valentine's Day, give a potted plant to
    your sweetheart.
