Lunch & Learn:
How to Increase Your Personal Cash Flow

Michele Clapper
Vice President of Economic Development

JARI continues its Lunch & Learn Program on Thursday, Feb. 11 with "How to Increase Your Personal Cash Flow," presented by Douglas P. Puchko (CLTC, LUTCF, RICP) and Kayla Puchko Stephenson (RICP) of Puchko Financial Associates, Inc. The session will commence at noon at the JARI Center for Business Development located in Richland Township and conclude at 1:15 p.m.

Puchko and Stephenson will discuss the appropriate steps one needs to take in order to secure his or her financial future. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the following important questions:
  • How much should I be saving?
  • What rate of return do I have to earn on my money?
  • How long will I have to work?
  • If I change nothing now, how much will I have to reduce my standard of living in retirement?
"At Puchko Financial Associates, our goal is helping our clients to be as efficient with their money as possible by teaching them to recognize and avoid unnecessary wealth transfers," said Stephenson. "We work to educate our clients as to how money works. If what you thought to be true about your finances turned out not to be, when would you want to know?"

The cost to register is $5 per person, and lunch will be provided. To register please visit www.jari.com and click on the calendar to access the registration forms or contact Suzanne Grove at [email protected]. Please register by Wednesday, Feb. 10. No shows on the day of the event will be billed.

Vision 2025:
Let's Capture Johnstown's Future Together

Wally speaks at a Life-Sustaining Landscapes Circle Meeting last week.

By Wally Burlack

Note: This editorial appeared in the Jan. 31 edition of the Tribune-Democrat.

Vision 2025 is underway. As you may have read, our three circle groups have met. The conversations were great. People talked about ideas and hopes and worries for our community.
