Pechanga's New Luxury Hotel
The Innovation Group worked with Pechanga Development Corporation and the Pechanga Band of LuiseƱo Indians t o determine feasibility and master planning fo r an expanded hotel product. Based on TIG's input and analysis, Pechanga moved forward with the project and has recently opened a new luxury four-diamond hotel wing, a luxury spa, a new ballroom and meeting space, a resort-style pool complex, and two restaurants, as well as made improvements to the award-winning Pechanga Resort & Casino. The Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort
The Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort in D'Iberville, Mississippi opened on time and within budget in early December.  The primary lender and their agent, UBS and Wilmington Bank, engaged Innovation Project Development to provide pre-financing due diligence, followed by monthly on-site construction reviews and approval of disbursement requests for the $200 million project.  IPD also consulted on the development of closing materials and disbursement procedures with attorneys for both the lenders and the developer.  The project includes a 300-room high-end hotel tower, a stunning casino floor with 1,350 slot machines, and a spectacular miniature golf course, among other amenities. Since joining the firm in 2013, Chris continues to provide top notch consulting services that include feasibility and market assessments for casinos, hotels, meeting and entertainment, and convenience stores, just to name a few. Additionally, Chris has become the go-to man inside The Innovation Group for golf course market assessments.
