Exercise of the Month
Single Leg Hip Hinges
This exercise is great for practicing good posture, a neutral spine, and hip stability.
Start this exercise un-weighted until you feel strong with balance and hip control. If you are looking in the mirror, you should see level hips, square shoulders and no twisting!
