I'm excited to let you know that we have a fantastic and growing delegation of Beth Jacob members planning to travel to Washington, DC to join more than 10,000 pro-Israel activists for the AIPAC Policy Conference, March 20-22, 2016. Please see the list below. I applaud all our members who have chosen to commit the time and resources to participate in this vital annual event that helps shape Israel's future. Policy conference is indeed our unique opportunity to be informed, inspired, and empowered to strengthen the relationship between the U.S. and Israel. We all know that we can never take this relationship or Israel's security for granted which makes our advocacy crucial. The fact that we're in the midst of the presidential campaign will only add to the excitement and significance.
Regarding the conference itself, in addition to the extraordinary speakers and plenary sessions, a national synagogue delegation lunch is being planned for Sunday and Beth Jacob is once again planning an exclusive session on Sunday evening for our members, in conjunction with a couple other area shuls. Details about these events as well as the conference breakout sessions and schedule will be sent out by AIPAC in the coming weeks.
If you haven't had a chance to sign up, no worries, you can still do so! Beth Jacob has a number of discounted tickets remaining at the cost of $399 (regular rate $599). Call the AIPAC office asap at 323-937-1184 and ask for Elana Pepper or Judah Lindemann to request the special Beth Jacob rate. If you would like more information, please contact Samantha Garelick at

I hope you will join us in DC. I look forward to another incredible experience as we join together to learn, grow, enjoy, and add our voice to support the U.S-Israel alliance. After all, if we, as concerned, educated pro-Israel Jews don't stand up for Israel, who will?
Sincerely,
Rabbi Topp
