If you are a health insurance issuer, self-insured employer, government agency, or other entity that provides minimum essential coverage to an individual during a calendar year, you must report information about the coverage that you provide to the IRS. If your organization is an applicable large employer, you must report to the IRS information about the health care coverage, if any, that you offered to full-time employees. Forms 1094-B, 1095-B, 1094-C and 1095-C are required to be filed with the IRS by Feb. 29, 2016 if filing on paper, or March 31, 2016, if filing electronically.

In 2015, the Chamber announced 23 projects with over $943.7 million in capital investment in South Central Kentucky creating 1,040 jobs. Bowling Green was ranked fourth in the Top 10 Metro Areas for New and Expanded Facilities among metropolitan areas with populations less than 200,000 by Site Selection Magazine.

Incorporated in 1935, the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce is a 5-Star Accredited Chamber by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and was named the 2009 Chamber of the Year by the American Chamber of Commerce Executives.
