Busy Minds Can Meditate Too!

Saturday, May 16th at 2:00 pm

$25 per person

Do you think you can't meditate?

  • Is your mind is too full of thoughts?
  • Does your racing mind stress you out when you try to clear it?
  • Do you find yourself too tired to meditate?

Does this sound like you? Have you given up hope of ever being able to meditate successfully? Well, guess what... you CAN still meditate! In fact, you can meditate, no matter how many thoughts pop in your head. We have about 60,000 thoughts a day, so there is very little chance you will 'clear' your mind so I teach you how to not worry about thoughts. I will also teach you how to make meditation a seamless part of your daily practice - like brushing your teeth - you won't want to start your day without it.

You probably have heard about all the studies proving the fantastic benefits of meditation.

  • stress relief
  • increased heart health
  • better sleep
  • lower blood pressure
  • boosted immune system
  • lower cholesterol

In fact, the list goes on and on! In this workshop, you will learn how you really can experience all of the health benefits from meditation, even if you have a busy mind! You will leave feeling confident that you can easily and effectively add meditation to your daily routine. In addition, after the workshop, you will be able to join a 21-day meditation challenge for free. Each day you will receive a guided meditation to get help you jump-start your practice!
