Bluemont Community Center is starting to accept registrations for the 2014-2015 school year for Childcare, Preschool, After-Kindergarten and After-School Programs. Coriander or Mint Sauces

Recipe from Jennifer Seven with 7Company
Great with Chips or Lamb Chops
Ingredients:
One bunch of fresh Coriander OR Fresh Mint
One large onion (like the sweet onion)
1 tablespoon of ground cumin
1 tablespoon of garam Masala
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
1-2 green chilies
Sea Salt to taste
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend. Taste the sauce, if you feel that you need any more of the spices, salt, or lemon juice, feel free to add it to the sauce according to your taste and enjoy.
