Serving Our Seniors
We invite you to join us at 7:30 on  Saturday, February 27th,  for our spring  "SOS" Serving Our Seniors .  

This is a wonderful opportunity to volunteer and assist a senior with yard work, painting, cleaning and small repairs.  This project helps promote independent senior living while enhancing the quality of life for seniors living in our community.  

Volunteers of all ages are welcome, pre-registration is required. Click on the volunteer registration form or for  more information, please contact Allison McGeever at  832-615-8234 or  [email protected] .  
If you know of a local senior, 62 or older, in need of assistance for yard work or a special project,  please click here for the SOS project request form or contact Allison McGeever at 832-615-8234. or  [email protected]. Site visits are required before jobs are approved.
New Veggie Village Children's Garden at Wendtwoods Park!
   
Volunteers gathered at Interfaith's new Veggie Village at Wendtwoods Park in the Village of Creekside to prepare the garden for spring planting. This new garden will be located in the Village of Creekside Park and in addition to the Children's Garden will feature plots available for adoption through The Woodlands Township.
