The STAR² Center (Solutions, Training, and Assistance for Recruitment and Retention) of the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved (ACU) provides free resources, training, and technical assistance (TA) related to recruitment and retention in community health centers.

Upcoming Data Profile Release
STAR ² Center staff are diligently working to update our  Individual Health Center Recruitment and Retention Data Profiles. The Profiles will be sent to Health Center CEOs and are meant to support self assessment by health center workforce teams by reflecting how an individual Health Center compares to national data in recruitment and retention. 

Please feel free to contact STAR² Center staff to discuss your current Profile and workforce challenges in preparation for this information update.
