Wellsboro Community Foundation funds a Data Analyst for the Partnership

A hearty THANK YOU to the Wellsboro Community Foundation for their generous donation of $26,000. This funding will be used to contract with a data analyst/technical writer whose initial project will be to assist with outreach efforts following the conclusion of the "Building a Better Community" Tioga County-wide Survey. Clearly presented insights from this data will help to demonstrate the needs present in our county and assist us greatly in applying for future funding that will affect positive change in Tioga County. We are ever so grateful!
Meet Mallory!

Mallory Christman is currently a senior at Mansfield University and the newest intern at the Tioga County Partnership. At M.U. she studies psychology with concentrations in Counseling and Mind/Body Health. Mallory has been a student-athlete for the M.U. Women's Field Hockey team and she is a member of the Psychology Honor Society (Psi-Chi), the Student Alumni Ambassadors (SAA) and the president of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee (SAAC).

While at the Partnership, Mallory will attend volunteer work group meetings and events. She also has plans to coordinate the collection and distribution of hygiene products to needy local youth with a goal of helping to support their self esteem while providing them with everyday necessities.

Mallory is originally from Reading, Pennsylvania where she lives with her parents, older brother and her yellow lab named Maxwell. In her free time, she loves to curl up on the couch with her dog and "binge-watch" The Office or Supernatural. After graduating from Mansfield University in May, Mallory has plans of continuing her education at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in order to obtain her Master of Science in Counseling and Clinical Health Psychology.

We are very excited to have Mallory on-board for this learning experience at the Partnership!
Partnership's Online Resource Directory is LIVE

Visit us at  www.tiogapartnership.org  to access the new online Resource Directory of available services in Tioga County. Each entry is categorized as well as tagged with keywords in order to place what you're looking for at your fingertips. So how is this different from other directories?? --This directory is Tioga County specific and features informal supports as well as formal service listings. Service providers can also submit their own Tioga County resources  to be approved and included in the directory as well as suggest edits to current entries. An electronic submission form is also being developed to make submissions even easier to complete. We hope you find this a useful tool to better quality of life in our rural county!
