Today is the 1st of February and Feb 2016 is home to the Music Challenge - a way to experience and share sounds and compositions that awaken the inner journey.

Also as the month gets underway watch for our evening of Gentle Yoga & Meditation Circle next week.

So great to see how popular the neck pillows are. A new round of neck pillows is here and almost gone - just 4 left - come get yours. And yes, if needed another order can be placed.

While we have lots of Manduka mats in - a speciality order may be in the works so let us know if you are interested.
