12 WEEK TRX FAT LOSS & STRENGTH  BOOTCAMP PROGRAM

Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness is bringing to you a brand new fat loss and strength BOOTCAMP program using the navy seal invented suspension trainer, TRX. Total body Resistance Exercise. While obtaining the Kettlebell burn philosophy and TRX proven muscle building exercises, Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness has created a 3 day a week progression strength plan that will bring you results.  Like any other program we offer here, results vary and are determined by how closely you follow the prescribed workouts with attendance, your custom nutrition plan, and your intensity.  This program also recommends 2 additional days with the cardio of your choice. So for the first time, we are allowing you access to some of our kickboxing classes FREE Of CHARGE at NO additional cost.  The program will begin right before the Summer on May 5, 2015 and will be completed by July 26, 2015.  Classes will be held weekly on Sundays 8am, Tuesdays 5:30am, and Thursdays 5:30am.   Learn More

I currently workout with the TRX two times a week.  I like that it feels somewhat low impact on the joints, but yet you feel the burn in your muscles.  TRX is not intimidating like a heavy weight or bell that you have to lift, but yet you work hard using your own body weight! ANITA RUIZ (Member)

I love it. It's surprisingly challenging. I have one at home as well and it's an amazing whole body exercise. You have to engage your entire core with every single movement. It pairs well with any of your current exercises, like Kettlebells or barbell power lifts. After teaching it for eight months, I see more muscle definition in my stubborn back and shoulder areas. I can also see progress in the members who often take the trx courses. TRX has enhanced all other areas of my training by making me more aware of proper muscle engaging and whole body movements. It also helps me work on my weaknesses. You can quickly see if one side of your body is stronger than the other, since your entire workout depends on your body's functional natural movement.   • Access to the "My Net Diary" or "My Fitness Pal" phone app to track your food for this entire program.  No smart phone?  No problem!  You can enter foods via internet on a standard desktop computer.
  • A Facebook account is highly recommended (not mandatory) to have full access to our private TRX Nutrition Help group page for constant meal and recipe ideas and motivation.
  • Internet access- to reply to our weekly email check-ins
  • Make an appointment to take your Nutrition class and TRX Basics class Class dates
  • Make an appointment for Body Fat Analysis Assessment

PAYMENT INFO & AGREEMENT
Non- Members INITIAL PAYMENT of $79.00 will be charged for first month.    Soon after payment, you will have immediate select access to cardio classes as mentioned under the TRX SELECT CARDIO SCHEDULE starting in April 2015.  After the completion of your required TRX basics class, a locked in rate of $55.00 a month will recur for the remainder of the program. An agreement is required to insure seriousness in enrolling into this program (Applies to non Ultimate Kickboxing members only).

Current Members who are interested in joining program will pay a one time program fee of $39.00.  This fee covers the cost of the body fat assessment, nutrition and basics classes, entrance interviews, personal macronutrient breakdown and nutrition folder with custom nutrition information.  Current members have the same exclusive access to all classes as in their initial contract.  Please note: Due to the limited availability of the TRX apparatus, attendance for this program is held at a very high importance.  Low attendance or dropping out of this program, will result in lowering your priority to enroll in any future Ultimate Kickboxing Fitness programs (Applies to Current members only).
