" To Bottle, or Not to Bottle"

" To Can, or Not to Can"

Isn't that a question which every brewer must decide?

You work hard to share your beer with world. Everything about your beer from taste to presentation is crucial.  Choosing whether to bottle or can your beer can make a huge impact on your final product. The Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau released a report showing a decrease in the Bottle segment and an increase in the Can segment.

So this leads me to my next question, what is your reason to package in bottles or cans?

The inks and ink jet printers from Gem don't have to go through this kind of decision process because they effectively print on both.

I would personally love to hear why you chose to distribute your beer in the container you chose.  Bloggers and columnists give their opinions but I feel there may be something more when it comes from someone more directly involved.
