Combined Federal Campaign   (CFC)   - Are you a federal employee or member of the military? Do you know someone who is? If so, you can help Canine Angels! We are a member of the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) program, an annual fundraising drive in which donations are made through payroll deductions of employees who designate CAST as their charity of choice.  Our CFC number is 43661.


Please help our new students settle in by donating to CAST.
Any donation, large or small, helps with turn-in expenses such as vet bills, transportation and medical tests.  Sturdy dog toys, dog treats, shampoo, and flea control products are always needed as well.

Abilities Expo

 

The CAST crew participated in a booth at the recent Abilities Expo in Los Angeles. Staff and Board members, graduate families and many volunteers we on hand to talk to attendees about our program. Some of our people and pups also conducted demonstrations in the main arena to educate the crowd about assistance dogs and how they can help their partners. Service Dog Eye Exam

The ACVO/StokesRx National Service Animal Eye Exam event is a philanthropic effort generously provided to the public by participating board certified Diplomates of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists who donate their time, staff and services to provide complimentary screening eye exams to qualified Service Animals. Over 30,000 animals have received these free screening exams over the past seven years.


 

Canine Angels asks for all puppy raisers to schedule a free exam for their pups, and we highly encourage all working teams to participate in this program every year. Registration begins April 1st, closes April 30th. Examinations are May 1-31st.

A very special THANK YOU to Pet Nutrition Center in Carlsbad, CA, for choosing Canine Angels as the beneficiary of the store's 10th Anniversary Celebration! The three-day event included a fantastic sale, a vendor area with samples and displays from pet food companies, and dozens of prizes. Canine Angels was also in attendance, and we had a great time. Congratulations on 10 years, PNC!

 
Countdown to Graduation Raffle  


Canine Angels fourth annual Countdown to Graduation raffle has officially begun. Get your tickets now! Each raffle ticket  costs
 $10 and gives you 10 chances to win between $100 and $300. Proceeds of the raffle are used to maintain the kennels, buy dog toys, dog food and fund team training.
