The chemotype (ct.) of Rosemary cineole should not be confused with Rosemary ct. camphor or ct. verbenone. Rather, the chemical profile containing at least 40% of 1,8 cineole is quite different in how it affects cognitive performance. Not only does Rosemary's smell open the senses but it is easy to enjoy. Try a couple of drops on your shower floor in the morning to inhale the aroma. It's a great start to your day. I also love to make blends for bath gel with Rosemary & Juniper essential oils. |
