As we turn our calendars to a new year, we'd like to reflect and thank you for being such an important part of our accomplishments in 2015. These successes are only possible because of our partners in community.

• Nearly 400 people attended the Building Age-Friendly Communities Summit in March.
• The 2015 Massachusetts Healthy Aging Data Report includes an in-depth analysis of the health of older adults in the state.
• In New Hampshire, the Foundation works with the Endowment for Health and other partners on age-friendly efforts.
• In Rhode island, we collaborate with community and government partners on the Rhode Island Healthy Data Report.
• More than 200 people attended the Massachusetts Multicultural Coalition on Aging Conference.
• Massachusetts Healthy Aging Collaborative members testified before the Massachusetts Joint Committee on Elder Affairs to promote age-friendly communities.

• Tufts Health Plan Foundation invested $3.5 million in community grants, representing nearly 500 community partners.

• Tufts Health Plan moved up two spots, to #15 on Boston Business Journal's Top Charitable Contributors in Massachusetts.
• Employees and family members more than doubled their participation in corporate volunteer programs.
• Employees increased their charitable giving by 90% over 2014.
