QMG Lip Sync Contest
Quincy Medical Group proudly presents the Adams County Fair Lip Sync Contest, Thursday, July 30th @ 6:30pm. The contest will be held during the Adams County Fair, located on the Stage in the Beer Garden. It is $5 for a single act or $10 for a group. Top acts will win a prize! The skin is the body's largest organ. It protects against heat,
sunlight,
injury, and infection. Yet, some of us don't
consider the necessity of protecting our skin.
The need to protect your skin from the sun has become very clear over the years, supported by several studies linking overexposure to the sun with skin cancer. The harmful ultraviolet rays from both the sun and indoor tanning "sunlamps" can cause many other complications besides skin cancer - such as eye problems, a weakened immune system, age spots, wrinkles, and leathery skin. The Nurse Care Management Support Group
If you or a loved one suffer from persistent medical conditions we are here to help. The Nurse Care Management Team has created a support group for patients, both children and adults, and care-givers. The group plans to cover a variety of topics for people with persistent medical conditions.
Join us Thursday, August 6 from 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
in the Nutrition Services Class Room (First Floor 1025 Maine Street).
Give us your input on what topics you struggle with, what you want to
see covered in future group sessions, and meet the team.
