As you may know, the Ministry of Education has made changes in the child care industry this year with the proclamation of the Child Care and Early Years Act on August 31, 2015.  This is a well needed change as the previous Day Nurseries Act has not been fundamentally changed since the 1980's and the  Act has addressed some of the issues that had been happening all too frequently in unlicensed unmonitored homes.

In our homes, our Providers and children have been very busy all year long with our "Together Wee Can Celebrates Pan-Amania" program. Providers have been holding their own special "Closing Medal Ceremonies" with the children, which marks the end of our 2015 Together Wee Can program. We hope that your children enjoyed learning and participating in their very own Pan Am games. I heard a very funny story yesterday, one of our medals was found in a playground in Mexico!!!!
