City of Toronto's TOProsperity: Toronto Poverty Reduction Strategy, due to be released in late 2015.


 
When the City asked YWCA Toronto for feedback on how to effectively tackle poverty, we asked our program participants and tenants what they needed to Break the Cycle of Poverty.
