Dear Members,
Attached is the motion for stay that Littler filed with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. There is no certainty to when he might rule, but he is aware that the deadline is 10/13 before the new rules go into effect. Regardless of how Justice Roberts rules, Littler anticipates they will file the Petition for Certiorari during the week of 10/5.
