A TOPA Class In DC? You'd Better Believe It!

You Just Renewed Your License,

So Get A Head Start On Continuing Education!

The scramble to renew your license is over, so why not take the initiative and knock out some CE credits right away? There is a DC-exclusive TOPA class coming up on September 18. This class will be worth 1.5 Credit Hours, and will be taught by Rental Conversion and Sale Administrator Lauren Pair.

What are we going to cover?

TOPA! Well, specifically the class will give you a better understanding of the general ins-and-outs of TOPA law and procedures. A little bit of what you can expect includes, offers of sale, notice of transfer, right of first refusal, and more!

What experience does Lauren have working with REALTORS®?

Lauren is the Rental Conversion and Sale Administrator, (A.K.A. "The TOPA Chief"), and has a good relationship with REALTORS ®. She recently talked to 70 of our members about TOPA policies.

Will I be able to ask questions?

You are absolutely welcome to ask questions. There will be a short Q&A session at the end of class.
