Round 8 / Series Finale and
Thanksgiving Fall Fest!

at Swan MX Raceway Park

This will be the final race for both the Texas Lone Star State Championship MX Series and the Lone star Night Series.  We will also have our 26th annual Thanksgiving Fest !   It is our way of saying 'THANK YOU' to our racers for yet another great year of racing!

This will be a 2-day event for EVERYONE racing  the Texas Lone Star DAY Series.

Everyone in the DAY series will race their 1st moto on
Saturday and 2nd moto on Sunday.

The Thanksgiving Fest Cookout will follow moto 1 on Saturday afternoon, before the night practice begins. 

The Lone Star NIGHT Series race will follow the usual format: both motos on Saturday evening.

We hope you will come out and enjoy the
complimentary cookout and some fun racing!

     
Weekend Overview...
There will be NO Organized Practice at this event.
The front gates will be opening on Friday evening at 6:00pm.  Come and get settled in, plus beat the Saturday morning lines by registering on Friday night from 7-9pm!

Practice for the Texas Lone Star Series will be bright and early on Saturday morning! 
Saturday will be Moto 1 of Round 8 of the Texas Lone Star Series, with the cookout following as soon as the day racing is finished.  The final round of the Lone Star Night Series will run in the evening.
Overall plaques for the Lone Star NIGHT Series will be awarded 1st-8th place.
 You can pick them up soon after you have raced your 2nd moto.
No membership of any kind is needed to race during this weekend.
 
Moto 2 of Round 8 of the Texas Lone Star Series will be run on Sunday.
 
You can pick up your T exas Lone Star Series  overall awards and contingencies during the day on Sunday shortly after your class is finished racing. 
You will have 30 minutes to review the results before you pick up your prizes.

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING
The Grand Prize drawing for the DAY series will be on Sunday afternoon.  It can not be held until ALL of the classes have run and all of the eligible names are put into the hat for the drawing. Twenty (20) different individual names will be called for the drawing.

There are TWO ways to be entered into the drawing:
A.  You will get your name into the drawing one time for just competing in a minimum of 5 events, for each class you raced.
AND  
B.  You will get your name into the drawing one additional time for each class you finish top 5 in the series.  
Please note:  THE RIDER MUST BE PRESENT
to claim a prize from the drawing.
REMINDER!
To be able to pick up your overall series awards,
YOU MUST PRESENT A VALID PHOTO ID. 
Children must have a parent with a valid photo ID present to claim their prizes.
   
We are grateful to be hosting the 21st season of the Texas Lone Star Series!  We hope you can come and join us for some red dirt fun! 
 
At the series Finale in November, we will be awarding all eligible 1st-8th place Texas Lone Star DAY Series Class Champions with an overall award, tons of contingency product, and a chance to be one of the 20 Grand Prize Drawing Winners!

If you will not be coming with your child to the race, you must send them with a Minor's Release.
