A kind act can go a long way to making this a season of joy.

1-2-1 New Years Programs
COUCH TO CONFIDENCE
This program is designed to help beginners feel comfortable & confident with a variety of workouts! Classes are held privately with other beginners at 121 Fitness Center once weekly, either Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 12:00-12:45pm. 

GET FIT FOR LIFE
Need help with weight loss, healthy eating, building muscle or just staying active?  This program is packed  with a nutrition or exercise focus to provide guidance and help you stay on track! Starts Jan 11th.

Take Advantage of Free EASE@Work Programs
Get One on One Advice from the Pros at EASE

Employee Assistance Service (EASE) is a voluntary private and confidential program provided through Center for Families and Children (CFC). This service provides counseling and community resources for benefits-eligible employees and family members to help identify problems and develop plans for resolution. You may use this service up to three times per issue per year.

EASE Professionals can help with nutrition or fitness counseling, legal or financial advice, work stress, marital issues, parenting help and a host of other concerns.

To use the EASE Program, simply call 216-241-3273 or 1-800-521-3273. Your call will be immediately directed to counseling professionals.
On-line Options in 2016
We have some great new offerings planned for 2016 including on-line classes in stress management, nutrition, managing diabetes and alcohol use AND a 12 week team fitness competition. Look for details in the January newsletter, on our website and in The Daily.
