A vote on this change will take place at the December 9th General Meeting
VII. BOARD OF DIRECTORS
A. Composition
1. The Board of Directors shall be composed of the Officers, a selected group of committee heads and their appointed assistants and an appointed ex-officio member.
2. The positions noted with an asterisk (*) below accept the spirit of succession planning and demonstrate they have the intent to assume the primary role, either short term or long term, should the need arise during a current term. They also agree that they intend to accept the nomination for the position they are assisting when the primary role is vacated.
