You can tell by his sparkle that something creative is brewing. Jonathan loves art, and color. Landscapes, animals, vehicles and fast foods. He draws everything by heart, and he has a huge heart to match.
Growing up in a bilingual family, Jonathan switches easily between Spanish and English. He also switches easily between pop art and drawing. And, between objects and text.
Jonathan graduated from The Shield's school in Flushing where, because he's a person with autism, he got the special attention he needed from experts in the field. It was there that the teachers saw his artistic interest and talents and selected him to attend our Pure Vision Art studio in Chelsea.
At 25 yrs. old, Jonathan has accomplished more than a lot of people would ever have given him credit for. At The Shield, we spot talent quickly.
