30/11/2015 11:56 | Direction Press / Baghdad Canceled House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri his planned visit to the Belgian capital Brussels with preparations for the parliament to pass the state budget for 2016 after a government amendments thereto.
A statement by the Office of the President of the House of Representatives "direction Press" received a copy of it, that al-Jubouri, "canceled his visit to Brussels, which was hoped to be conducted early next December for discussions with the European Parliament on common issues."
He said the "decision to cancel the visit comes to the concern of House Speaker creating the necessary legislation for the remainder of the legislative term."

It was also a depressing reminder of the potentiality that simmering tensions between the Kurds and elements within the Shias over disputed territories could escalate into further conflict and bloodshed.
chattels: The Kurdish claim over Kirkuk for example is something that some Iranian-backed Shia militias are resolutely opposed to, and in that area they certainly have the means to forcefully oppose the Kurdistan Regional Government's (KRG) regardless of whether or not Article 140 is finally implemented.

Ironically, what the big boys don't want to admit on national/world media outlets is that the Yuan is being exchanged 'directly among the BRICS countries' for over a year, leaving out the US dollar.
This GCR is a complicated 'roulette wheel' of Power and Money.

The Roulette wheel is made of 38 numbers which include 1-36, 0 and 00.

The IMF will add the yuan to its basket of reserve currencies, an international stamp of approval of the strides China has made integrating into a global economic system dominated for decades by the U.S., Europe and Japan.
The International Monetary Fund's executive board, which represents the fund's 188 member nations, decided the yuan meets the standard of being "freely usable" and will join the dollar, euro, pound and yen in its Special Drawing Rights basket, the organization said Monday in a statement.
