The free event will include games, crafts and entertainment. Guests are asked to bring a "pot luck" item for the luncheon, which will be served at 2:30 p.m.
Sling got a Family for Christmas!
Thank you for the huge response we received after we featured Sling in our December "Madison Minutes".
Sling has now been matched with her forever family and we are so happy for her!
Featured Child: Aaron
Aaron just celebrated his 4th birthday in January. He is living in one of MAA's partnership orphanages in China. Our staff met him and we think he is adorable!
Aaron is diagnosed as having post-operative meningomyelocele and hydrocephalus. The surgeries were successful and Aaron has recovered very well. He is a trooper!!
Aaron is a Love Without Boundaries child, and is now living with a foster family. He is described a smart and charming boy who love the outdoors.
He didn't smile in these referral pictures, but we are told he has a heartwarming smile!!
If you live in Illinois or Missouri and would like to learn more about hosting a child from China or Philippines, please contact [email protected].
The exact dates are not set at this time, but the children will most likely be here during the month of July 2015. Only families living in Illinois or Missouri can host because of the required supervision and group events.
Families are also needed to host the adults who accompany the children. This is a great way to help the children, who cannot travel without these chaperones!
