The Community Action Council of Howard County is proud to join #GivingTuesday, a national campaign founded in 2012 by New York's 92nd Street Y in partnership with the United Nations Foundation.  On Tuesday, December 1, 2015, charities, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give.
