The tariffs are confirmed as activated...HCL passed...Budget passeed...confirmed...printing in in Gazette confirmed...all currency traders 72 of them in Iraq ordered and enforced to no longer accept or sell USD.
From what else they said CBI should be posting new reality rate on CBI website...there is the announcement we are looking for.

chattels: [specify the share of the Kurdistan region by 17 % of the total actual expenditures are paid from the Federal Ministry of Finance and the consent of the Prime Minister]. and set this share according to the oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil, which required the province to hand over 550 000 barrels per day of production [250 000 barrels and production of Kirkuk [300 000 barrels in exchange for payment of its share of the budget by 17%.
She explained the second paragraph of the same article that this percentage is of the total actual spending [current expenditures and expenses of the investment projects] federal budget after excluding the sovereign of which expenses.
The fourth paragraph of Article IX own Bmwanh Kurdistan region drew that "When access increase or decrease in the total budget expenditures, they are added or reduced pro rata share of the Kurdistan region.
The fifth paragraph of the article noted to the allocation of a percentage of allocations of federal land forces of the Iraqi army to the Peshmerga [Kurdish] according to population ratios as part of the security system Alaracah.

ggee : I've got news guys. A good friend of mine called a few banks in Atlanta and for the first time was told to bring in her currency so they could check it with their system. one told her a book. One said they would exchange the dong but he could see a code on the screen and then gave her a number for a second bank which does like 9 currencies. That spirit of cooperation is a high form of security - and RECORD TIME? IMO they're about 3 weeks ahead of our study and they're constantly rubbing it in.
What did we tell you to look for on the 16th - Well, you said to look for the tax and tariffs on the 15th but changed it and said to look for the LD's...and yeah, I think so, with that kind of a budget and auction we just talked about....then on the 16th -something else - use keywords:
Look for.....to go for a RATE HIKE...wouldn't it be interesting to get a rate hike there and with the dinar simultaneously on the 16? What did we say would happen on the 16t? - Post it (chatroom) - Looks like you don't know - it's in your notes....
No - do not use the USD on Dec. 31st - What did we say between the 15th-16th - 17th? A rate change, but be more specific. We were...right on the money.

What is the first thought when I say bodyguard? I'll bet you thought of a 250 lbs weightlifter, ex-football player, all star wrestler or the like. A big muscle bound man standing around your front door with folded arms and an Uzi under his suite coat. Right?
Well maybe in the movies, but certainly not real life. Take me for example: I am 5'9" I can't lift my own body weight above my head more than a few times, I might be able to do ten pushups without collapsing and chin ups - forget it!! I am a normal guy.
I'm not a nerd, jock or playboy I am just an ordinary average single dad with four wonderful kids that like to wrestle in the living room and they usually always win.
