RL has helped its first victims! YOU made this happen!!

We are so thrilled to share that this past month we have been able to partner with another local organization to help provide trauma therapy for two survivors of sex trafficking.  Thanks to the generous support of our donors, Redeeming Love was able to help fund a week-long therapy retreat, where these two survivors received workshops on health and nutrition, inner healing, as well as some counseling time with a trauma trained psychologist. Thank you to all of you who continue to pray and give to Redeeming Love!! Your ongoing support is what made it possible for us to be a part of helping these two survivors.

While we continue to pray and build our monthly donor base so that we can open our home this year, we want to make a difference where we can in the meantime, using one-time funds raised at special events. This partnership is just the first example of how we hope to work with other organizations to be good stewards of the funds God is providing through you. Thank you again!

Run 4 Their Lives Recap

This year, Foothill Church and Freedom 4/24 made Redeeming Love the recipient of their net proceeds from Run 4 Their Lives in Azusa, which was held on April 4 at APU. Hundreds of runners and walkers turned out on a perfect Saturday morning to support our work with local victims of sex trafficking. Thank you to each and every runner, walker, and corporate sponsor who made this such a great day.  We are especially thankful for the local race organizer, Fo
othil l Church in Glendora, for their amazing leadership and volunteer team that pulled off this race on a busy Easter weekend. We are humbled by for your example of bringing Jesus into our community!

We Need Your Help! Spreading the word about Redeeming Love

Have a bible study, service club, scout troop, or other organization? Invite us to make a 15-minute educational presentation about the vision of hope that Redeeming Love is bringing to women in southern California who have been victims of domestic sex trafficking.  Making personal connections with people in our area is important to building the support we need to open our home in 2015. The presentation can be tailored to fit your audience and the time available; while this is a serious topic, we will focus on the restoration and healing that we will provide in Jesus' name.   Contact Marco at Marco_sassoon@yahoo.com to learn more and schedule a presentation.
