Nominations for
Maine Family Physician of the Year Now Open

Since 1987, twenty-five Family Physicians have been recognized by the Maine Academy of Family Physicians as Maine Family Physician of the Year.  They were nominated for the award by colleagues and patients.  This award recognizes a Family Physician who is a member of the Maine AFP and who represents the compassion, care and values of the traditional Family Doctor.
 
If you or anyone in your community or organization is aware of such an individual, I would ask you to consider nominating them for MAFP's 2016 Maine Family Physician of the Year.

The award will be presented during the MAFPs 24th Annual Family Medicine Update, April 6-9, 2016.
