Solano Land Trust-Rush Ranch night
Feeling stressed or blue this holiday season? Try going on a hike! If you're like me, you know from experience that a walk outdoors can improve your mood. Now there's proof according to a study done by Stanford researchers.

I wish you all the best this holiday season, and hope you take the time to enjoy the beauty of our outdoor winter in Solano County.

- Matthew McCue & Lily Schneider, Shooting Star CSA

Here is "A Working Mom's Chicken Dinner," a recipe that works just as well during the holidays, and one you won't soon forget.
