We hope you will be joining us this Thursday. Every leader faces enormous challenges and responsibilities. How do you hire, mentor, and build a great team - a powerful, well-oiled machine? How do you propel the entire team forward, towards a clear vision? How do you tackle the tough stuff, such as financial turnarounds?
Details: "Lessons from Frank"
Frank was ex-special forces with a fine arts degree - an unusual mix! He helped me to turn around a business that was on the brink of financial ruin by applying some simple sales and leadership principles.
In this humorous and interactive program participants will learn how to:
* Define their ownership or leadership role
* Create a compelling Vision for their future
* Overcome self-limiting beliefs
* Surround themselves with "A Players"
* Focus on ATTITUDE rather than EXPERIENCE
* Have some fun and celebrate success
This presentation is both interactive and entertaining with stories used to illustrate examples of the key points to enhance the audience experience and help with retention of information.
About the Speaker: Richard J. Bryan
At age 28, Richard J. Bryan took the reins of an $120 million family business when his father was forced to retire due to illness. That alone was a challenge. Worse, the business was losing $3.5 million a year. In his 10 years as CEO, Richard's leadership style matured from a controlling, micro-manager to a true leader. Richard applied creative strategies to articulate a crystal-clear vision, hire the right people, forge a dynamic team, and build a thriving, profitable business.
Richard is an international speaker, author and coach to business owners and CEOs and lives in Evergreen Colorado.
