We are pleased to announce and congratulate Calvin Chou, MD, PhD, and David Elkin, MD, who have been appointed the new at-large members to the Leadership Council (LC) for 2015. These members will serve two-year terms beginning this fall, overlapping with current at-large members David Duong, MD, MS, and Beth Wilson, MD, MPH, whose terms end in 2016.
