New Lease Term Agreements
The Food Building Concessionaire Lease Agreements will be based on a 3-year term lease beginning 2016 through to 2018 inclusive. Rates will increase by 2% each year of the term. Additional information regarding pricing fees breakdown will be included in the Lease Term Agreement Package expected to be sent mid-January.
In order to generate the official lease agreements,
All Concessionaires that have been invited to participate must complete the
Food Building Menu Request Form. This form will be reviewed in detail by Management to ensure that all menu items listed are approved prior to the 2016 CNE.
It is important that you list all menu items featured including all beverages being sold (a list of approved Coca Cola products have been listed for your convenience). If you have any beverages beyond what is listed, you are required to list them (i.e. smoothies, lemonade, milk shakes - including the flavours).
It is important to note that
ALL PRIVATE LABEL WATER IS PROHIBITED FOR SALE.
Coca Cola is the exclusive beverage provider (carbonated, soda, water, juice) for the CNE. Anyone in contravention of this exclusivity clause will forfeit their rights to participate.
Anyone wishing to change their existing concept or introduce a new booth proposal altogether must submit a detailed proposal.

Proposal Submission Criteria provides all necessary information to assist you in preparing the proposal -
deadline to submit all new proposals is January 25, 2016.
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT THE FOOD BUILDING MENU REQUEST FORM IS JANUARY 4, 2016.
Once all forms are submitted, lease agreements will be created and distributed by mid-January.
