2016 AIA Indiana Local Section Opt-Out Disclosure

Due to AIA Indiana's recent restructuring, your membership in local sections (Fort Wayne, Northern Indiana, Southern Indiana, and Indianapolis) is now considered voluntary. You are currently assigned to the local section that corresponds with your previous local component. Your annual membership dues will not be affected as local sections within AIA Indiana do not charge membership dues.

As before, you may opt to assign yourself to a local section based on your work or home address. You may also decline membership in a local section. However, if you wish to pursue a local section leadership opportunity such as board member or committee chair, you do need to be a member of that local section.

Identification with a local section also helps AIA Indiana connect you with applicable local leadership, programs and opportunities. If you wish to change or opt out of your local section membership, you must contact AIA Indiana Excutive Director Jason Shelley, 317-634-6993,  [email protected].
